The center of the spleen channel
The SPLEEN CENTER located on the lateral side of the RIGHT hemi-thorax, at the level of the lower ribs (called « centre of the Spleen channel ») is related to 2 functions of the Spleen:
- Immune function. Pictures 1 and 2 show the specific controls of this function, respectively on the epidermis (surface) on the sternal manubrium and in the dermis on the lateral side of the big toe metatarsophalangeal joint.
- Blood production (which is often be found to be disturbed in Blood deficiency syndromes)
Specific control: crosswise interrogation of the metatarsophalangeal joint, at the osseous level (picture 3)
Overall control of the centre
- Crosswise interrogation on the surface (epidermis) of the centre with the fingers of one hand (picture 4)
- Confirmation by a crosswise interrogation on the surface on the lateral side of the LEFT hemi-thorax, at the level of the spleen organ, with the PALM of one hand (picture 4).
The correction is made with one hand on the centre, the other one looks for the point connected to the centre, on the Spleen channel, from SP 1 to SP 11, on the blocked side in the specific controls (picture 6 shows the correction of the left SP 10 point in relation to the Spleen centre).
The second centre related to Spleen is the « centre of the Spleen chain » (chain from SP 12 to SP 21 points), located in the middle of the anterior face of thigh and related to the 6 phases of the disease (see picture 7).
